Josh Ackland
Josh joined Mason Black in January 2010 shortly after being admitted as a Solicitor and is now an Associate of the firm.
Josh is based in the General Insurance and Commercial Litigation team and has vast experience in dealing with matters in commercial litigation, insurance, debt recovery, medical negligence, contracts, conveyancing, driving related matters and other criminal matters.
Josh appears in all Courts and is a talented advocate with experience at numerous hearings and contentious Motion hearings. Josh also plays a key role at Mason Black Lawyers in supporting and developing the skills of support staff and Junior Solicitors.
