Margaret has extensive experience as a commercial litigator in all jurisdictions, having held senior positions with a number of top tier Australian firms and international organisations as well as practising as a Barrister in Victoria.
Since being admitted in 1985, Margaret has been responsible for the management of numerous large scale cases in the areas of commercial dispute resolution, product liability, construction litigation and the trade practices and consumer protection.
Internationally, Margaret has worked in Asia, in a legal counsel capacity as well as working with the United Nations Compensation Commission in Geneva, resolving claims arising out of Iraq's invasion of Kuwait in the 1990s.
As the Relationship Manager for Mason Black's major clients and a mentor to the firm's young lawyers, Margaret's diverse legal and business background coupled with her people orientated approach makes her an asset to both Mason Black and its clients.

Neal is a highly experienced practitioner with a broad but comprehensive expertise in the practice of Law. He has worked with a wide variety of local Queensland and large National clients managing cases in the areas of Insurance Law, Risk Management, Workplace Health and Safety, Building and Construction, Litigation and Commercial Law.
Having held Senior Solicitor roles with a major Australian insurer and a multinational receivable management agency prior to joining Mason Black in February 2009, Neal has extensive expertise in the area of debt and claim recoveries and litigation.
In addition, Neal has worked in a legal counsel capacity for both large and small commercial clients managing a variety of sensitive, high dollar value cases as well as high volume case loads.
As the Legal Services Manager for Mason Black Queensland, Neal is responsible for the management of the Queensland office and is the Relationship Manager for all Queensland clients.
